Job Description:
General Revenue Corporation (GRC) is the industry-leading debt collection agency specializing in higher education-related collections with over 1000 college and university clients. A Cincinnati-based employer for over 25 years, GRC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sallie Mae, a Fortune 500 company and the nations largest provider of student loan services. We are seeking Collectors, responsible to perform collection activities on student loans or personal tax debt, provide counseling, and negotiate payment terms with borrowers. Excellent negotiation, communication, account management, and problem solving skills are required.
