Position Summary:
Metro is Southwest Ohio’s fixed route bus service.  Metro serves Cincinnati, OH and surrounding counties and provides more than 22 million passenger trips per year with approximately 940 employees.

Metro is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative/Order Processor in the Communications Department, located in downtown Cincinnati.  The candidate will be responsible for answering calls from customers and providing information pertaining to schedules, transfer points and fares, process bus pass orders and maintain tracking spreadsheets, responsible for accounts receivable and collections on 40-50 accounts, process fare media orders for delivery or mailing, maintain and update information on service routes in information binders, and maintain inventory for fare media orders.

Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have:
•    Ability to communicate effectively both over the telephone and in person,
•    High school graduate or GED,
•    Knowledge of bus routes (strongly desired),
•    Customer service experience,
•    Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
