Looking for Parents and/or Students willing to participate in Regional Conversations on Education

Ohio Governor, Ted Strickland is holding meetings around the state to discuss school funding issues with key stakeholder groups and with the public. The Office of Latino Affairs has been asked to encourage representation from the Latino communities across the state.
We are looking for parents or students who reside in the region of the broadcast/webcast. Attendees should be:
- Parents or students who reside in the region of the broadcast/webcast.
- Be able to communicate in English (session will be only in English)
- Have an interest in education and be willing to ask or answer questions on the subject.
Be able to arrive one hour early and stay one hour after the broadcast. Total time commitment: Three and a half hours.
Participants should not be teachers, administrators, superintendents, etc. These folks are being assembled through other groups.
