Urgent Policy Alert: Immigration Bills Scheduled for a Vote - ACTION NEEDED

Special Policy Alert:
Committee VOTE on Two immigration Enforcement Bills Scheduled for Next Week

Next Tuesday there will be an ALL PARTY hearing on BOTH Senate Bills 35 and 150 which would give local law enforcement the authority to enforce immigration law.  The State and Local and Government Affairs Committee will meet to discuss the bills (please view attachment as well) at the following date/time:

TUESDAY, March 16, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.  
(and possibly continued after session at 1:30)
South Hearing Room
Statehouse in Columbus.

Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
North Hearing Room
Statehouse, Columbus
