Project Manager, Rescue and Restore Victims of Human Trafficking - Migration and Refugee Services Exempt, Full-time
Description:
Catholic Charities is a recepient of U.S. Department of Health and Human Serivices Rescue and Restore Victims of Human Trafficking Regional Program Grant for the state of Kentucky. The Project Manager, in collaboration with other agencies throughout the state, will assess needs and lead anti-trafficking efforts in relation to program goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-days operations of the program.
- Work in coordination with two Outreach Coordinators on raising awareness of Human Trafficking in Kentucky through trainings, seminars and PR campaigns.
- Coordinate efforts of increasing anti-trafficking capacity in Kentucky by identifying victims, supporting current anti-trafficking taskforces and help in creating new ones.
- To ensure the direction of the project remains in line with established objectives.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree preferred or Bachelors Degree in social services or related field and three years of work exprerience. Seeking candidate with an understanding of human trafficking and needs of survivors. Strong communication skills. Multicultural experience preferred.
